RPA Project Manager TalentCloud members should be able to establish the project management plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders as aligned with the delivery operating model. The project managers should be able to serve as principal point-of-contact for the client and their team. Other tasks, abilities, and responsibilities may include:
- Lead several concurrent projects that involve consultants, developers, and clients
- Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders
- Facilitate resource planning activities including assignment, on-boarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications
- Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (i.e. PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases)
- Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to help avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks
- Provide regular weekly status updates including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to the client and Program Manager
- Identify, catalog, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge sharing sessions between internal teams
- Understand customers internal documentation standards and expectations
- Can work with coordination of remote teams
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience
- UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism Certified Professional
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and creates and executes high-quality written communications for an internal audience
- Must have project management experience and ability to coordinate across different tasks, build phase approach, and communicate issues and risks timely
- Ensure positive employee experience and able to gather feedback
- Experience using change management processes for dynamic professional services projects
- Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
- Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies
Preferred Skills
- Familiar with RPA tools and frameworks (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Pega)
- Experience in a customer-facing, partner-facing, customer success, account management, or strategic consulting organization
- Internal customer relationship management experience (i.e. sales, pre-sales, advisory services)
- An understanding of Hyper Automation and Intelligent Process Automation
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, agile Project Management & professional services SOW's in parallel
