Architects in this TalentCloud are expected to have extensive experience in designing and architecting the RPA tool-specific product/solution. The TalentCloud members should be able to oversee the initial infrastructure setup for the dev, test, and production environments. Other tasks, abilities, and responsibilities may include:
- Ensure customer requirements are translated into PDD (Process Definition/Design Document) specifications and detailed level designs
- Ensure PDD (Process Definition/Design Document) are translated into DSD (Development Specification Document) and detailed level designs
- Ensure the product/solution architecture & existing ongoing application architecture is scalable and extensible
- Ensure customer requirements regarding security and needs are understood and met
- Drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance
- Constantly upgrade the product with evolving technology and customer requirements
- Lead in the design, specification, and selection of IT solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance
- Partner with our customers to identify the best-customized solution that meets their requirements in terms of RPA strategy on an enterprise-level
- Work with the project team to develop a high-level project schedule and resource plans for implementation
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional certification
- UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism Certified Professional
Required Skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- 2 + years of hands-on experience in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
- 2+ years’ experience as a technology architect
- A seasoned software professional with more than 5 years of programming experience in any one of the popular programming languages such as .NET (C#, C++, or VB) and/or Java
- Experience designing and developing enterprise software as an Architect
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Experience with large-scale, high availability server architectures
- Experience developing with both front end and back end new technologies
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodology
- Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams
- Experience End-to-End development of Business Process using Robotic Process Automation
- Experienced in staging and deploying the automation solution into the test and live environments
- Worked with the Business Analysts in identifying and defining the requirements
Preferred Skills
- Solid understanding of the business process and document AS-IS Process
- Effective communication and the ability to consult in client-facing environments
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following – Amazon Web Services (EC2/EBS), Microsoft Azure Infrastructure, Cisco Intelligent Automation for Cloud/Cisco UCS Director, and VMWare vCloud Director/VMWare vSphere
- Experience with AI and ML activities
- An understanding of Hyper Automation and Intelligent Process Automation
- Qualifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g.TOGAF) is an advantage
